On October 22, 2024, Aspen Healthcare Services experienced an attempted ransomware attack resulting in unauthorized access to our medical records system. We discovered this breach on October 23, 2024, and immediately took swift action to secure our systems and prevent further unauthorized access. We are working closely with local and federal authorities to investigate and mitigate the effects of this incident.
This incident may have compromised some of our patients' personal information, including names, dates of birth, addresses, insurance IDs, health records, and potentially Social Security numbers. Please note that no financial or other account numbers were affected. To support our patients, we are offering complimentary credit monitoring for a year, upon request, and can assist with placing a "fraud alert" on your credit accounts with the three major credit bureaus for additional protection.
